
This screen lists all x-rays for the selected patient. They are
listed in the grid on the left and pertinent information is shown in the
box on the right. The button cluster offers the following options:
● The F2 - ADD X-RAY button is used to
manually add an x-ray to the list. This option is not used under
normal operation. Instead, the x-ray services can be customized
such that when they are invoiced and posted the x-ray is automatically
added to this list.
● The F3 - EDIT NOTES button is used to edit the notes shown on
the right side of the screen.
● The F4 - PRINT LABEL button prints a label to use when taking
the x-ray.
● The F5 - CUSTOMIZE LABEL button provides the capability to
customize the contents of the x-ray label in the previous item.
The window by which this is accomplished is shown at the right. It
also permits the operator to designate whether the x-ray numbers will be
sequential, or operator defined. The options defined in this
screen will remain in effect for future x-ray labels until the options
are changed.
● The F6 - ATTACH TO RECORD button permits the selection of a
medical record to attach this x-ray record to if the system is not set
to automatically do so.
● The F7 - VIEW X-RAY button displays the x-ray.
